Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals AI-900 Exam Prep Specialization

It should take you between four and six months to complete this Specialization. You will be assigned approximately one hours worth of work to complete every week for the fifteen weeks it takes to complete the four courses.

Candidates for this specialization should have a foundational knowledge of machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) concepts and related Microsoft Azure services. Specifically, learners should have a broad understanding of how ML and AI can be used to:

• process natural language to evaluate sentiment and learn how to recognize what users want.

• convert speech into text and text into natural-sounding speech.

• translate from one language to another and enable speaker verification and recognition.

• analyze pictures, videos, and other visual content.

• make decisions and recommendations that automatically improve over time. 

• moderate content to monitor and remove offensive or risky content.

• detect abnormalities in time series data.

This specialization is intended for candidates with both technical and non-technical backgrounds. Data science and software engineering experience is not required; however, some general programming knowledge or experience would be beneficial. 

Yes. We highly recommend taking the courses of each certificate program in the order they are presented. The content in the first four courses builds on information from earlier courses. The final course, Preparing for the AI-900 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals Exam, contains practice exams that assess your knowledge of the content covered in the previous three courses. It makes the most sense to take them in the order they come in.
