Problem-solving and effective decision-making are essential skills in today’s fast-paced and ever-changing workplace. Both require a systematic yet creative approach to address today’s business concerns. This course will teach an overarching process of how to identify problems to generate potential solutions and how to apply decision-making styles in order to implement and assess those solutions. B​asic course about therethical models to make decisions within standard situations in the work environment. less relevant for making individual decisions in the workplace.

I would recommend it for a first introduction to problem solving. But not for experienced professional. It is very theoretic.

The lessons this course on "problem solving" teaches might be appropriate for children but it's really just a hoop to jump through. It's about obedience and compliance, vague and packed with buzzwords. I found the content tiresome, but I guess it holds some value as a tutorial for the platform's functionality.

It's not an useful course as I expected. The instructor's lecture is very boring , unclear. He just discuss some theory but not explained them properly. I just waste my time maybe.
